STAMPING QUALITY ENGINEER - AUTOMOTIVE

Functions of the job
– Analysis of the customers' control requirements (dimensional, material, etc.)
– Product analysis: drawings, RPS, tolerances, etc.
– Collect and manage Lesson Learned
– Update Control Plan based on client requirements. Control Plan for Prototypes and Pre-series.
– Audit potential suppliers taking part in the RFQ. Approve them, in case they meet customers' requirements and standards
– Official start of Process FMEA and Process Chart, together with Project team, and detailed definition of common errors in similar processes
– Provide standard templates for each test to be performed, monitor their completion, analyze and communicate them to customer, if required, and keep in archives
– Analysis of product results achieved in try-outs & pre-series: Identification of non-conformities (geometrical, appearance, welding quality, etc.) + definition/monitoring of corrective actions and priorities.
– Product (and process) validation/homologation
– Establish final Serial Control Plan
– Support and encourage production plant during industrialization phase.

Requirements
– Min. 3 year experience in Stamping/metal sheet processing
– Demonstrable experience in complex project industrialization
– Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and/or German
