Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a recruitment agency that selects people from Slovakia and The Czech Republic to work abroad (Holland, Belgium, Austria, Germany) or in Slovakia.
We look for a colleague in our office in Banska Bystrica.
As we are a small agency, we are looking for a pro-active colleague with the ability and willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
Responsibility:
Play an important role in the recruitment and selection process, find the right candidates to offer to our customers. You are the first contact for our candidates.
Tasks:
- Explain to candidates by phone or mail the details of our open functions, our offer and our way of working.
- Review new registrations in the database and update the information of existing candidates.
- Write and publish advertisements on Profesia, other job boards and our website.
- Judge and select candidates for open functions, interview them (mainly Skype, sometimes in the office or by phone), write their CV in English and check their references.
- Offer selected candidates to our customers.
- Keep track of the status of interesting candidates.
- Prepare paperwork for chosen candidates.
- Represent Techwork at job fairs.

Personality requirements and skills

- Good communication skills
- Upper-intermediate English (B2), both spoken and written
- Independent and precise
- Ability to work with the most common PC software (E-mail, MS office, etc)
- German knowledge, experience with recruiting or some technical knowledge are advantages
