Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for experienced inhouse lawyer, able to think independently, to learn fast, with strong understanding of the multinational environment.
Duties:
• Provide legal support to various business and functions accross company
• Be in charge of all compliance related duties
• Work on cross-boarder projects and legal topics
• Work with external law firms
• Represent company in associations and vis-à-vis governmental authorities
• Contract drafting, negotiations
• Support in trainings (also general compliance and antitrust compliance)
• Monitor legislation and report about respective changes
• Legal support of marketing activities
