Job description, responsibilities and duties
POSITION PURPOSE
• Handle, analyse and discus financial data in order to provide the management of a clear overview of the company financial status.
Ensure financial controlling within the whole company and also on the level of individual centres and selected projects.

• To plan and to make an Budget of approx. 12 Mill. Eur
ACCOUNTABILITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect information about and control all process costs, make proper allocation / assignment of costs to the customer.
• Estimate and verify monthly costs, inform and ask for a confirmation in order to calculate the actual process product price.
• Analyse, compare and make reports based on financial data in order to give a clear view of the company’s financial status to the Operations Manager / Management of Matec SK, departments and HQ.
• Contact customers and control overdue receivables in order to have a good cash flow management and planning of expenses and incomes.
• Make inter-company reconciliation on transactions, sales, purchase, receivables, payables, loans in order to prepare the consolidation of the different financial figures.
• Make statistical reports to inform governmental organisations and to meet legal obligations.
• Cooperate in making of financial plans of the company.
• Coordinate and plan of company investments
• (Handle, inform, explain, discuss and propose solutions for overhead costs in order to produce a clear financial overview for the customer in the company)
