Key technologies: laser cutting, bending, welding (manual, robot, laser, spot), machining, painting (powder, wet), assembly
Key customers: Atlas Copco, Bombardier, Siemens, Volvo, Coherent, Agie Charmilles, Sarel, Matec
Key Tasks
1) Direct Management of Engineering, technology, prototype shop teams with emphasis on
a. NPI implementation, technical preparation, planning and organization
b. Standards and efficiency of technical organization in two manufacturing locations
c. Personal contribution and technology improvements in order to achieve productivity targets
d. Imposing Continuous Improvement mentality
e. Challenging technical growth
2) Leadership of a team of ca. 30 people with emphasis on:
a. Growing competence and motivation
b. Personal integrity
c. Creativity to stimulate differentiation and competitiveness
3) Clear and structured communication of progress on projects, KPIs, solutions, opportunities, to GM Team Industries Slovakia.
