We are looking for an experienced candidate for our SUBSIDIARY company:

  • The Contract Manager has primary operational responsibility for the Agreement and monitors all Service Provider Deliverables and commitments.
  • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle process of the Agreement, from development through to execution and termination.
  • Coordinates Contract Changes (incl. evaluation, negotiations, contract-management approval, physical update of contract, etc.) and internal and external communication regarding the Agreement and the Service Provider relationship.
  • Is accountable for managing all aspects of the client’s contractual agreement(s) with the Service Provider on behalf of bank.
