We are looking for an experienced candidate for our SUBSIDIARY company:

Job Description:
  • Establishes and manage the overall budget in connection with Outsourcing and/or individual Agreements.
  • Is responsible for establishing, coordinating and monitoring all Service Management & Governance Organization budgets and business cases for IT services and projects to ensure financial viability. 
  • Is accountable for ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, incl. Service Provider invoices, charges, retained expenses and pass-through expenses as well as Performance Credits and Earn backs.
  • Provides regular IT financial reports, including budgeted vs. actual expenses, forecasts, and financial trend analyses.  
  • Is also responsible for ensuring that the appropriate investigation and validation processes are established to handle financial variances in forecasted expenses or usage.
  • Develops and maintains IT chargeback processes and systems to ensure compliance with the client’s direction on internal cost allocations and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial section of the contract and of outsourcing Services Agreements, Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Cost Models, Cost Allocation processes, and Economics in general
  • Understanding of IT services such as computer/infrastructure services and telecommunications services;  pricing models, and resource units (measures of service utilization)
  • Experienced in assisting internal stakeholders with preparation of a base case
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large budget and exercise fiscal responsibility
