We are looking for an experienced candidate for our SUBSIDIARY company:

You will be the member of 24x7 Infrastructure Operation team that is responsible for:
  • Infrastructure management
  • Network management
  • Second level support for customer L1 Help desk
  • Monitoring

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Technical administration of infrastructure
  • Second level support for incidents (loging, analysis and resolving incidents)
  • Assignment of incidents to the responsible group
  • Escalation of overdue incidents according defined escalation procedure
  • Problem management
  • Fulfillment of customer requests
  • Posting documentations in knowledge database for Service Desk

Job Qualifications
Deep knowledge in one or several of the following systems:
  • Infrastructure-Hardware (Blades, Storage 3 PAR, Network Connectivity, Troubleshooting) - preferably HP
  • Network-Security (Firewall Policies, IPSec Site-2-Site VPNs, Troubleshooting) - preferably PaloAlto Networks
  • Microsoft Server Infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PKI, File services, Troubleshooting, Powershell)
  • Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 (including VMM, Azure Pack for Windows Server)

Good knowledge in one or several of the following systems:
  • Database SQL 2012
  • Citrix XenDesktop Infrastructure (Machine Creation Services, XenApp & XenDesktop 6.5 - 7.5)
  • Citrix XenMobile Infrastructure (including High Availability)
  • Citrix NetScaler (SDX and VPX)
  • Microsoft Collaboration (Exchange 2013, Lync 2013, Sharepoint 2013)

  • Familiarity with IT support processes
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (i.e. HP Service Manager)
  • Communication Skills
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
  • Service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking
  • Willingness to learn
