We are looking for an experienced candidate for our SUBSIDIARY company:

The role of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure that value is achieved as anticipated from the outsourced relationships under management.
In particular ensures that the overall services are delivered as expressed in the Statement of Work and related exhibits, that the service levels for outsourced services/functions are maintained and continually improved, and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services provided by the Service Provider are minimized. This function will act as the primary communicator with company on a tactical level for the outsourced services.

The Service Delivery Manager acts as an interface between companies on the tactical level, representing all outsourced services under the agreement. This includes regular performance reporting, monitoring service level and service management issues, and developing new/ amended SLAs and metrics as needed.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in Provider and sourcing Management
Work experience in Management/leadership role
Experience in managing dispersed and/or Remote teams
Excellent coaching, decision making and leadership skills
Able to explain and guide clients through technical issues
Demonstrated experience in ITIL-based Service Management role, preferably Service Level Management
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent mediation skills
Ability to explain complex ideas to a diverse audience
