We are looking for an experienced candidate for our SUBSIDIARY company:

Key responsibilities:

Manage overall relationships with client´s organization and business/ IT leadership
Ensure the client’s corporate sourcing strategy, standards & policies are created/enforced
Ensure that diverging client interests are resolved and aligned, and that the set of agreements is modified as necessary to meet the client’s evolving business needs
Lead implementation of the sourcing strategy by interfacing with key business unit/ IT executives
Work to progress the goals and objectives of the relationship and contractual agreements
Resolve escalated relationship and Governance issues in accordance with the Governance escalation procedures
Ensure alignment of sourcing strategy with the overall client business strategy and contractual agreements
Create and maintain an environment that understands and embraces changes that will occur over time in the services, relationships and strategy
Relationship governance
Sourcing strategy and value assurance
Value and performance measurement
Escalation management

Key Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated experience in Account and/or Business Relationship Management
Demonstrated experience in sourcing environment/ management
Profound knowledge of the client´s industry and business environment
Experience in working in a global, multi-client environment
Thorough knowledge of (and preferably experience in Demand Management
Outstanding leadership skills
Program Management experience preferred
