Junior Consultant
The Junior Consultant will join our Slovak team that has been operating on the market for 18 years. His/her main focus will be collecting, analyzing and presenting candidate and market data and thus working alongside more senior recruitment consultant on recruitment projects delivery.
Job description:
• work across the sourcing and candidate management side of the recruitment process to proactively identify, target, grow and manage the pool of candidates for a particular sector/discipline
• utilization of the candidates and their skills that come out of various recruiting processes as a means to fill similar positions in the future - talent pipeline
• build relationships with the best of the talent in the market which leads to more successful networking, more referrals
• managing the client process - managing relationships with clients, developing new business leads
Daily tasks:
• You will learn how to generate candidates using typical sourcing/mapping strategies; eg: headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, database
• To assist on specific projects and roles; attending client meetings and conference calls where necessary; sourcing and identifying candidates
• Registering candidates , updating their career, contact details
• Expected to make a high volume of telephone calls to candidates
• To assist in interviewing candidates alongside Consultants, as well as co-ordinating interviews for Consultants (i.e.: liaising with candidates and clients, setting up interviews)
• Maintain awareness of current market trends and
• Attending business events

• if no existing experience as a Recruitment Consultant then previous sales or customer relationship related experience is essential.
• High proactivity levels – it’s a fast paced position
• Results driven and target focused
• Professionalism – ability to liaise with people on all levels, from existing clients to high caliber candidates
• Ethical behavior
• Native Slovak, very good English, knowledge of German and French of advantage
