Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a competent, decisive and organized people manager with strong production logistics experience. The client production facility is located in western Slovakia.
Responsibilities:
• Overall logistics processes responsibility – physical and information flow from supplier to customer
• Strong focus on internal logistics process and material management
• Experienced in managing production planning, sourcing and service towards customer
• Managing the logistics team via ambitious team leaders
• Implementation of the lean management principles in order to optimize the logistics flows
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in production logistics; automotive sector experience of advantage
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Competent and respected leader, having the required technical competencies, ability to develop an young and ambitious team
• Conceptual approach – able to spot details but focused on conception
• To the point, organized, focused, able to set priorities
• University degree, technical orientation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English, German of advantage
