Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Manage together with the team both the physical and information flow from the supplier to the customer,
• Ensure the best service level to the customers,
• Planning, implementing and controlling goods and services to meet the needs of customers (management of in-bound and out-bound logistics),
• Improvement of the logistic flows,
• Implementation of the new processes into logistics,
• Leading of the production planning,
• Implementation of the lean and quality management to the logistics, including project management,
• Ensure the best service level to the customers,

Personality requirements and skills
• Knowledge of automotive tools and past experience in automotive production is a must,
• Min. 10 years of experience in general (out of which min. 5 years of managing logistics automotive experience in production industry),
• Experience and knowledge of logistics strategies and standards is a must,
• Very good written and spoken Slovak, German and English,
• University degree,
• Strong leader, able to train and motivate teams to peak performance!
• Strong communication skills, pragmatic, highly organized, confident and dynamic with excellent planning abilities,
• Hands-on person, autonomous but team player
• Min. 10 years of experience in general (out of which min. 5 years of managing logistics automotive experience in production industry),
• Experience and knowledge of logistics strategies and standards is a must,
