Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibility:
• Analyse the customer technical request and propose the best solution – “pre-design” with the company portfolio showing the best technical differentiating added value.
• Coordinate the team which will be allocated to the project sales forces, and insure the links with the other functional units involved.
• Guarantee the optimized solutions (technically and economically), delivery and costs for the each subdivision making the project.
• Work with a Business Manager (who is in charge of contractual & commercial aspects), sharing risk, customer communication strategy and defending offers up to a contract award.

Personality requirements and skills
• technical project management in international projects from 1 MEUR to 20MEUROS with multiple technical aspects based on electrical energy distribution (LV to HV design & construction, Automation & control systems, renewable, power generation, standard power generation).
• Good technical experience on electrical distribution is a must. Able to understand customer need, manage design implementation for different segments (Mines Mineral Metals, Oil &Gas, utility or other industry).
• Leadership, good communication skill are very important human qualities in this position, further team management and subcontractors management.
• Understanding of the project risks in a complex contractual schemes (consortium, subcontracting, 3rd party consultants) for building the best assessment & technical project organization.
• Language: fluent English. German, French, Russian of advantage.
• Education: Electrotechnical university – Engineering degree.
• Experience: at least 5 years in this field.
• Travel: International mobility, can vary, app. 7 days/month, depending on a project demand.
