MAIN TASKS OF District VISUAL MANAGER:
• Introduces TALLY WEiJL concept and philosophy to the stores,
• Trains, motivates, develops and leads a team of Visual merchandisers by challenging and inspiring them,
• Reviews, improves and adapts the Visual merchandising concept to new seasons, product lines and needs according to market changes,
• Develop and roll out Visual merchandising guidelines and workshops.
