Job description:
* Machine strategy development and deployment (short + long term capsules coffee system strategy development)
* Establishment and management of way of working with machine partner
* Machine pricing, promotions, volume forecasts: provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes products for key channels and key customers
* New channel developments (B2B, ecommerce focus in 2015)
* New Route To Market developments
* Deep category analytics of the whole system (e.g. drop out, active machine park, life cycle)
* Category development for electro channels, alternative trade channels development
* Selling story development & deployment (the whole system / machine & capsules)
* Co-ordination of customer plan development (capsules and machines)
* Co-ordination of key customer negotiation
* Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
* Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and business plan.
* Tracks and monitors the performance, Health and strategic alignment.
* Fully responsible for given budget.
* Manage 1 direct report – Junior Brand Manager
* Report to Marketing manager of the brand
