Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR Administration
• Closing and Attendance processing
• Regularly Update HR procedures and processes
• Recruitment services, online advertising, interview booking, tests and contact to the candidates
• Supporting implementing new HR tools including training plans and assessments
• HR services to the empoyees
• Support processes related to employee education and development
• Responsibility for administrative matters relating to the conclusion and employments (start, exits, change)
• Implementation of corporate HR strategy and HR policy
• Contribute to development of HR at Group level
• Preparation of HR documents for employees such as contract amendments, employment confirmations, invitations letters etc.
• Employee termination administration and documentation
• Maternity/Paternity agenda
• Expat agenda administration
