Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Senior Java developers with experience in banking sector.

Senior developer manages autonomously his own tasks and supervises tasks of some junior developers according to instructions given by a technical leader.
- Analysis, set-up, configuration and customization of business workflows
- Analysis, customization, development and translation of software components using JEE
- Integration of Java application services with Bank’s new or existing systems and devices
- Documentation, unit testing, troubleshooting and bug fixing of all software artifacts
- Packaging and deployment of JEE enterprise application in Bank environments

Personality requirements and skills

At least 3-4 years of experience in object oriented software development, with experience on at least some of the following technologies or concepts:
Java SE / Java EE
MVC
XML/XSLT
Eclipse
JSP
JCA
JMS
Web Services
Application Servers (e.g. WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle AS)
SQL and RDBMSs (e.g. DB/2, Oracle)
Hibernate
- Knowledge of the typical software development cycle is required
- Knowledge of UML is a plus
- Knowledge of financial and banking concepts is a plus

You should have:
- Precise and structured programming and testing practices (can instruct junior developers)
- Strong commitment to reach commonly agreed objectives
- Ability to quickly learn and comprehend big and complex applications
- Capacity to coordinate work of other colleagues
- Capacity to autonomously solve problems and to involve other persons in problem determination when required
