Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/ Purpose
Actively support SOC1 & SOC2 audits within IT Division according internal and external regulations. Ensures developing and updating compliance relevant materials and whole documentation. Actively track findings after audits together with respective management and Risk Management support.
Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of the quality management within the team. Implements concepts and quality standards. Produces internal and external reports related to quality management. Supports the preparation and control of optimization measures relating to processes, reporting and quality.
Ensures that quality performance is at desired level. Designs concepts and implements quality standards. Designs reports related to quality management. Prepares and controls optimization measures quality.
Governance of the Quality management within the unit or company. Proposes, designs and implements changes in Quality management system according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity. Provides consultancy in assigned process and quality topics. Prepares and controls optimization measures relevant for quality improvement.

Accountabilities
Support ISAE3402 (SOC1) and SOC 2 audits within ITO and IT Division according to legal, contractual and internal regulations
Assist the ITO and IT Division Units developing and updating compliance relevant materials, documentation and evidences
Enhance the audit process quality in the ITO and IT Division.
Tracking of findings within ITO and IT Division together with responsible persons worldwide together with the Risk Management.
Leading in Quality Management System (e.g. Audit Management, License Management, Security Management, Document Management etc.) to standardize Quality Management System
Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage targets
Manage teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken
Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
Leading in building up respective process communities to increase awareness to expected levels
Managing of quality related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level
Manage the interface between quality and operational topics to ensure proper communication
Manage quality initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge

Experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
General overview about ITIL processes
Certification from quality area (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ..)
