The Procurement team is responsible for getting better value for money from

company’s suppliers. The team have a critical role to play in the successful running of our company because they are accountable for improving supplier performance, mitigating contractual risk and delivering cost efficiencies. We are recruiting a Procurement specialist to join as part of our extended team based in Bratislava. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some experience in Procurement looking to broaden their skill set and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their business acumen along with their stakeholder management and negotiation skills.


Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the successful candidate will:

  • Work in a fast paced, agile environment to execute sourcing activities for all spend categories (with a particular emphasis on Information Technology and Professional Services).
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the contracts database (including upload of new contracts and completion of contract metadata).
  • Playan important role in managing the Third-Party Workforce, to include the use of consultants, contractors, and outsourcing personnel.
  • Respond to queries from the business. This may include but is not limited to: Invoice and Purchase Order (PO) related queries, contract related queries and queries relating to the management of professional subscriptions.
  • Provide regular and high quality analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement policies and procedures and assist in the development of Procurement policies and procedures as required.
  • Support the Procurement team in other administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ Procurement experience.
  • Customer centric approach with the ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and be flexible to respond to multiple requests from the business.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with an ability to create ‘win/win’ outcomes.
  • Experience with use of iOS, Airtable, Dropbox and Slack is advantageous but not critical.
