(1) Operational efficiency of current customer channel: - front office
- F&B
- house-keeping
- operations
- sales & marketing
- manage all local staff
- effective day-to-day management
- HR role
(2) Prepare, develop and implement a strategy for new customers channels
- Increase average occupancy rate
- Grow other non-room revenue – e.g. food & beverage, events, meetings etc.

- You didn’t have to be a hotel manager in past.
- Experience in HORECA area is appreciated but not a must – you might be from other sector too.
- Experience with managing people is necessary.
- Sales or customer service experience is also appreciated.
- Driving license could be helpful in case of meetings with suppliers or customers.
- You will need English language to discuss your ideas, issues, business numbers or solutions with
members of foreign management in person, via telephone or email.

- Regarding MS Excel: You should be able to prepare simple table with sales numbers and costs on weekly and monthly basis. No need to know advanced Excel function, but need to understand and able to work with basics (sum, +-/*, format).
