Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Learning and Development Specialist who will be part of the Organisational Effectiveness department in the world's leading reinsurance company.

Your main focus will be on:
  • planning process for all training and development interventions
  • communicate with internal and external providers and suppliers for course delivery
  • schedule trainings, book trainers, define learning material
  • preparation and updating of training materials for the participants
  • handle demand planning for participants (request schedule, manage cancellations), handle participants registration and applications (incl. data management and line manager approvals)
  • participate in selected training /classroom sessions to perform observation of trainers for quality assurance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • IT user skills (MS Office/Lotus Notes/SAP/Knowledge platforms) - active user
  • fluent in English (C1)
  • strong administration skills with attention to detail and focus on execution
  • experience with work in a global matrix environment with changing priorities
  • self-driven and willing to learn
  • position is flexible on working schedule in terms of working either full-time or 80% part-time
  • 1 year contract only
