Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for process specialist who will be in charge of politics, processes and procedures of Asset management department.
- Maintain Asset Management processes and support the process landscaping
- Responsibility for reporting, monitoring and business support tasks
- Creation of an effective and efficient control environment within business unit
- Coordination of regular and ad hoc queries from audit or compliance department
- Supporting various Asset Management teams with specific governance tasks
- Support of different business units in audit related topics such as preparing and providing the requested documentation
- Data collection and production of various reports for management which contain key performance indicators, projects, costs, etc.
- Reviewing the governance related tasks - processes updates, controls maintenance, records management and others
