Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for process specialist who will be in charge of politics, processes and procedures of Asset management department.

  • Maintain Asset Management processes and support the process landscaping
  • Responsibility for reporting, monitoring and business support tasks
  • Creation of an effective and efficient control environment within business unit
  • Coordination of regular and ad hoc queries from audit or compliance department
  • Supporting various Asset Management teams with specific governance tasks
  • Support of different business units in audit related topics such as preparing and providing the requested documentation
  • Data collection and production of various reports for management which contain key performance indicators, projects, costs, etc.
  • Reviewing the governance related tasks - processes updates, controls maintenance, records management and others

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Min. 1-year experience in financial services or audit industry
  • Fluent English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills
