Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced Flexible Labour Manager for DHL Supply Chain Slovakia company in Senec.
Your main duties:
Your main duties:
- act as an expert in pricing, contractual terms and legal requirements with regards to flexible labour agencies
- establish close and effective relationship with business stakeholders to ensure actual and future understanding of flexible resource demand and service quality of operations
- ensure that flexible labour agencies deliver workforce in required quality and quantity to business units at all times
- responsible for negotiating and closing frame agreements as well as managing, adapting and maintaining flexible labour agency agreements in line with company standards and policies and in cooperation with legal and procurement departments
- track & maintain accurate data in the Procurement tools: suppliers, rates, contracts, spend, projects, master data
- monitor and adjust key performance indicators of flexible labour agencies in line with changing business requirements at all times

Personality requirements and skills
- University education
- fluency in English
- sound experience in Strategic Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers / vendors
- sound knowledge of legal setup with respect to flexible labour
- experience in workforce management at a flexible labour agency is an advantage
- leadership and project management experience an advantage
- excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- proven influencing and negotiation skills
