For our newly formed division within SYNERGIE Slovakia we are looking for part-time assistant for our client to support her centers in Belgium an France. It's a very flexible job in terms of work schedule thus it is very well suited for a student or even an active mother on maternity leave. If you are equipped with good communication skills, fluent French and solid level of English, we are offering you a superb opportunity to join our freshly opened team.

- communication with Belgian companies, telecommunication providers and retail networks via phone and email
- providing business partner with support and information on how to manage various logistics and online service tool issues
- maintenance of database of resolved cases, follow up and reporting of situations
