Job description, responsibilities and duties

One of the leading companies in the world of finance is looking for a talented Team Lead!

  • Verification of all investment activities in internal Asset Management systems
  • Supervise all reconciliation tasks and processes
  • Lead the team and review the performance and work continuity (around 5 people)
  • Taking the lead/initiative in ensuring cooperation and coordination with other departments
  • Consistently search for ways to improve processes, simplification and efficiency gains
  • Team members development, proactive training and organization of knowledge transfer within the team
