Job description, responsibilities and duties
- leadership and development of teams of accounting experts
- assign work and manage individual and team performance
- provide leadership and effective management in all areas of staffing and personnel administration
- perform quality checks on deliverables for all accounting valuations
- support comprehensive analysis with respect to the accounting policy, reporting, monitoring and reconciliation activities according to the management requirements
- prepare data for internal and external reporting
- ensure compliance with the risk and control framework and the audit requirements
- support audit activities and prepare requested information in connection with the external audit and other external parties, like regulators or other governmental institutions
