Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you speak German and English and prefer working from HOME? Join the world's biggest online retailer and support key business partners at the German market. You can choose whether you prefer full-time or part-time contract. Your tasks will include:
  • Supporting business partners in selling their products
  • Answering their questions regarding the sale of their products via e-mail or phone
  • Assisting in dealing with the problems that might occur while selling their products (technical or delivery issues)
  • Work with different tools, lookup of information
  • Communication with different departments while looking for solutions

  • Intermediate level of English (interview will be conducted in English)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in communication with clients at the administrative position
  • Willingness to help and give advice
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to participate in one month training in Bratislava (paid as full-time job, accommodation costs covered by company)
