Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Initiation & Planning
Project Closing :
Leadership :
- Analyses thoroughly possible solutions to comply with the projects main objectives and provides what-if scenarios for the decision makers
- Performs the set-up of the project / program
- Defines project / program targets (scope management)
- Compiles the project / program budget and resources with the project / program sponsor and ensures adequate internal and / or external staffing
- Ensures participation of all major stakeholders of the involved countries / entities in scope
- Develops stakeholder and vendor management plan
Project Closing :
- Concludes the project / program (handover to operations) and evaluates it
Leadership :
- Acts as a role model
- Clarifies roles and responsibilities within the project / program team
- Provides clear direction for achieving the expected goals
- 3 days per week work in Vienna, 2 days in Bratislava office

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Certification: PMP or IPMA Level B certified
- Working Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in PM environment
- At least 6 years as direct responsible for medium to large projects or small programs (budget of 1mil. - 3 mil. EUR)
- Special skills (content, business consultancy, etc.) as required
- Experienced with managing projects or programs up to 3mil. EUR with high complexity / risk profile on national level and /or across multiple countries
- Experience taking responsibility to achieve projects objectives within the competing constraints like time, budget, quality, scope and HR-plannig
- Experienced applying best practice to improve the project results
- Confident at project/program initiation and planning as well as project/program execution, monitoring and controlling
- Confident at leadership
- Willingness to work 3 days per week in Vienna, 2 days in Bratislava office
