Job description, responsibilities and duties

Administration:
  • Prepares, facilitates and documents meetings and workshops
  • Follow Up of meetings and workshops
  • Administration of to-do list
  • Supports the preparation and maintenance of issue and risk management
Planning:
  • Preparation and maintenance of project plans
Controlling :
  • Project controlling: progress tracking, composing/preparation of project status reports
  • Supports project marketing and information activities and maintenance of the communication plans (e.g. Intranet, specific project information platforms)
  • Provides draft slide decks for steering committees
Leading of tasks or subtasks :
  • Actively drive the assigned task to deliver the agreed outcome and proactively inform about the progress of the given task
  • 3 days per week work in Vienna, 2 days in Bratislava office

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Certification: CAPM or IPMA Level D certified
  • At least 2 years of experience in PM environment as Project Officer (any project size) or junior PM responsible for projects of budget from 100 000 - 500 000 EUR
  • Experience supporting a project or program team in the administration of project related activities according to PM Standard
  • Taking responsibility to lead tasks or subtasks in projects or programs.
  • Experienced with project administration, planning or controlling support activities
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week in Vienna, 2 days in Bratislava office
