Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • collects and summarize inputs and outputs related to construction costs
  • collects construction costs budget
  • creates construction costs database, statistics and calculation tools for each stage of a project
  • co-creates Technical Design of a project from technical and construction costs point of view
  • co-approves all stages of project documentation up to construction (execution) documentation
  • provides costs consultancy to Project team and third parties
