Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Follow up on incidents : identification of issues, provide solution if no development efforts are necessary
  • Forward information to developers and users
  • Provide functional help to user
  • Keeping the User manual up-to-date according to the last release
  • User trainings, workshops, country visits/calls
  • Track incidents and incident follow up to provide service quality reporting
  • Set up new users, new business units, new org structure in the CRM system

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • English - fluent
  • Willingness to travel to Vienna
  • User support experience is a big advantage
  • Knowledge of / experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Axapta is a big advantage
