Job description, responsibilities and duties

A European automotive equipment supplier is looking for its Slovakian industrial site, a Technical Commercial in order to reinforce its teams and keep growing.
Directly attached to the Group Sales Director, you will apply the marketing policy and will take part in the development of sales.
We are therefore searching for a technical commercial with several years’ experience in automotive industry


Your tasks will be:

  • Be the Commercial interface with all key customers.
  • Increase the market share and build strong and long term relationships with customers
  • Prepare and present Technical and Commercial presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with your engineering department ensuring customer requirements and expectations are understood.
  • Provide custom-tailored solutions.
  • Provide quotations to customers.
  • Develop action plans, assist in developing sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree - technical degree in technology or Engineering, with mechanic skills
  • Minimum 3 years´ experience on sales oriented position (automotive, production, technically oriented position)
  • Ability to speak English language, another language would be a plus: German, French
  • Very good organizational skills, professionalism, self-motivator
  • Positive attitude, sales hunter, group spirit, « customer satisfaction » philosophy
  • Active driver
  • Openness to travel, flexibility
