Job description, responsibilities and duties
Test manager will play a lead role in system and functional testing (internal and joint client), regression testing, and user acceptance testing. The role will require active participation in all project phases, from analysis through to test planning & execution, implementation and post-live support ensuring functional business requirements are tested to agreed time, cost and quality metrics.

- Defining an overall group/local test approach, concept, processes and procedures for testing in DWH/BI area functional and non-functional testing
- Defining test methodology and methodology set up
- Identifying appropriate test techniques and guidelines
- Identifying appropriate test management and test automation supporting tools
- Defining Test Automation Architecture
- Specifying and verifying the required test environment set-up and configuration
- Testing knowledge management contribution and setup

- Experience with software testing on various test levels, at least 2 year experience of IT test manager position
- Experience in DWH/BI environment, writing test strategies and plans
- Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge
- Experience of test management and defect-tracking tools
- Experience of functional test automation
- Financial services industry experience
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Willingness to travel to Vienna (3 days per week on daily basis from Bratislava)
- Good communication skills (communication with solutions analysts/solution managers/business users)
- Experience of coordinating resources to complete tasks
- ISTQB testing qualification(s) - nice to have
