Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of European Financial Operations of client:
  • manage payroll activities (local and also remote teams)
  • focus on process improvement, consistency and documentation
  • audit of payroll data
  • assure accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements, in accordance with country specific Government legislations and company
  • pre and post payroll administration
  • work with accounting to support and drive for accurate balance sheet accounts

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • A min of 3+ years’ experience managing payroll
  • Leading a team in a shared service environment
  • Excellent English skills with fluent combination of French or Polish language
  • Experience with working in a remote environment
  • Able to implement and execute the defined payroll strategy
  • People management skills
  • University degree
