Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, big international production company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. On the position you will be responsible mostly for:
- Provide equipment, tooling and encapsulation process knowledge.
- Installing new encapsulation tools, supporting debug and start-up phases
- Set-up and run tools, demonstrate that product meets dimensional requirements
- Coordinate all internal activities at the plant pilot shop to produce prototypes parts, from ordering components until delivering finished products
- Support product launches, active communication with Tooling and Product Development Teams

- Manufacturing Engineering experience minimal 5 years (automotive area is advantage)
- Experience with manufacturing processes and tooling, RIM or injection molding processes
- Experience processing urethane materials
- Ability to read 2D and 3D design
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Good communication, organization and documentation skills
