Do you have previous experience with managing Payroll, AP or AR department? Are you fluent in English + Polish OR French?

Your responsibility would be:
- Managing Payroll department (10 - 15 people)
- Setting up processes with new countries and preparing team for new challenges
- Ensuring KPIs of the team and their growth
- Responsibility for data accuracy and correct audit of payroll (after being handled by specialists)
- Assuring accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements in accordance with country specific Government legislations and company
- Improving pre and post payroll administration processes
- Efficient cooperation with other related departments
- Communication with authorities, external payroll providers as well as other internal managers regarding potential issues
