Job description, responsibilities and duties

IT International Division is offering wide range of IT services to internal customers. In the business intelligence and data warehouse area, we expanding SAS team. We are looking for a fulltime consultant specialised in development or analyses.
One of our main internal customers is focused on risk management, risk weighted asset, expected losses, collateral allocation and exposure calculation using Credit Risk Management Solution from SAS.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will actively build up a long term relationship with our internal customers.
  • Your focus will be analyses within risk management IT area, but also contribute to testing and operation.
  • You will be part of an increasing flexible service and it is expected that you proactively shape its future
  • 3-4 days travelling to client´s premises in Wien is required (remaining 2 days based in Bratislava office)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

IT, technical, economical, maths

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in service or consulting area, ideally with international customers
  • Appropriate IT work experience or professional education
  • Skilled in Requirements Engineering and UML
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is welcome
  • Proven work experience in last three years and more with SAS and SQL is greatly appreciated and extra rewarded
  • Knowledge in SAS execution design, UNIX and MS Office (Excel, Access) are welcome
  • Business knowledge in Basel II, ideally in Basel III, is welcome too
  • Your work attitude is characterized by customer oriented, analytical thinking, the ability to act independently and on your own responsibility, team-minded and last but not least communicative
  • Willingness for travelling to customer side
  • Using English throughout your business day
