Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Run BI processing activities within a team of technicians (source system load over transformation and calculations, report generation)
  • 1st and 2nd level support for report processing as well as operations of BI solutions
  • Reporting support for Risk, BI and Finance departments
  • Run smooth operation in order to ensure high quality and effecient maintenance
  • Monitoring and reporting for operations of BI application landscape
  • Incident and Problem Management for BI application landscape

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations of IT Business Intelligence
  • Experience with providing 1st and 2nd level support
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to Vienna premises 3-4 times a week
  • RDBMS generic skills, SQL
  • Command line and scripting language generic skills
  • Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mind set
