Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Development of embedded software for biometric systems, focus will be mostly on fingerprint recognition market
- Optimization of embedded software for various microprocessors, architectures (ARM9, ARM Cortex, MIPS, ) and OS (Embedded Linux, Android, noOS,..)
- Porting of existing code from PC platform to embedded platform(s), improvement of existing code
- Development of firmware for hardware device(s)
- Development of drivers for Windows, Linux
- Close cooperation with colleagues in Bratislava, regular communication with team in Brno

- Very good knowledge of C/C++ language, Assembly is advantage
- Experience with embedded development
- Experience with firmware and driver development
- Experience with modern software tools (compilers, debuggers, IDEs, toolchains, git…)
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to understand algorithms and their implementation, logical thinking, mathematical skills
