Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Regular month end / quarter end closing activities aligned to tight US led deadlines: accruals/prepayments, adjustments, recording, allocation
  • GL accounts reconciliations and maintenance (AP, AR, Billing etc.) *Preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Reporting
  • Preparation of accounting data for payroll and tax processing (external supplier)
  • Overseeing one or a combination of general accounting systems

  • 3+ years of practise in complex accounting (preferrably from international corporate)
  • excellent knowledge of Polish language, advanced level of English
  • good knowledge of Polish accounting legislation
  • knowledge of US GAAP
  • experience in Navision is a big ADVANTAGE
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
