Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsible for turning Business's ideas and requests into tangible concepts/requirement specs for implementation
  • Writing of Program and Product Documentation and maintenance thereof
  • Participating in the Support Rota (2nd and 3rd level) - Incident & Problem-management
  • Participation in Training Efforts for End-users as well as internal Staff
  • Preparation, tracking and hands-on support of tests (FAT, UAT)

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

IT, technical

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Min. 3 years of practical experience in similar role as a Business Analyst
  • Experienced with Fraud, Security or Anti money laundering solutions
  • Proficient in English - spoken and written.
  • Experienced and trained in requirement engineering.
  • Able to work in complex, multicultural environments.
  • Good organisational skills, analytical skills, process and solution oriented.
  • Position is based in Vienna with occasional trips to the CEE.
  • Ability to work in a tightly knit team - a team player.
  • Experience in the area of Credit Risk Parameters, Compliance, Security, OpsRisk would be ideal.
