Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Alignment of HR processes in all countries with a Headqaurter with strong focus on Labor Law
  • Cooperation in international projects in HR area
  • Unification and simplification of HR processes within countries with focus on Labor Law
  • Setup and design of legal and Labor law related to HR processes in regard with countries specialties
  • Operational manager for HR part of projects
  • Communication with HR directors in other entities in order to unify HR processes

  • International HR experience or consulting experience with a focus on Labor Law
  • Fluent English is must, other EU languages are advantage

  • Strong process orientation and focus on result
