Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Smooth administrative support and assistance for our Partners and Consultants on daily basis i.e. maintain calendar, handle post and calls, support in routine reporting and analysis preparation, handle internal meeting requests
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Taking care about company website
- Prepare and cross-read presentations and excel-sheets
- Handle correspondence and e-mails independently: with or without guidelines, also in English
- Handle travel bookings
- Work with external providers regarding office maintenance
- Handle invoices
- Receive calls and greet company visitors
- Take care of the kitchen and purchase office supplies
- Administrative work such as copying, scanning , creation of internal orders
- Preparation of documents for accounting
- Treasury management
- Management of the reception
- Other Ad Hoc administrative work
