Our client, an important production company of a well-known brand, is looking for a strong team leader to their new B2B Telesales team. Do you have previous experience in business development leading a team focused on phone acquisition? Would you like to take a new challenge and progress in your career?

- Responsibility for 6 business representatives focused on B2B telesales (segment of lubricants, chemicals etc)
- Creating procedures, optimization of processes
- Preparation of sales plan strategy and goals for representants
- Team coaching, evaluation, development as well as hiring
- Problem resolution, supporting team as well as clients
- Controlling of client relations, payment ability as well as contract conditions
- Sales results analysis and taking actions followingly, reporting
- Cooperation with other sections, e.g. Marketing, Product management
