Job description, responsibilities and duties

As our UX Design Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our design efforts, shaping the vision and strategy for our user experience initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of talented UX and UI designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive excellence in design execution.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end UX design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that our products deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with our UX Research and UI Design teams to synthesize user insights, translate them into actionable design solutions, and drive innovation.
  • Championing best practices in UX design, advocating for user empathy, accessibility, and design thinking throughout the organization.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to align design initiatives with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a UX design leader, with a track record of successfully leading design teams and delivering impactful digital products.
  • Expertise in UX research methodologies, with the ability to leverage user insights to inform design decisions and drive product innovation.
  • Proficiency in UI design principles and tools, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
