Sygic is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (part time) for summer season who will be working in a team of bad-ass tech geeks to accomplish the one and only mission – keeping our customers happy.

What you'll be doing:
  • Communicate daily with customers via e-mails
  • Identify and analyze the issue and offer the right solution
  • Closely cooperate with product managers and developers

  • Other foreign language is an advantage, especially German, Italian, Spanish or French
  • You are not afraid of learning new things
  • You are a master of polite communication
  • Willingness to work afternoon and weekend shifts
