Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • lead product development opportunities, manage a product road map, work closely with product development to define the contents and delivery of a product release
  • provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning, conduct usability studies and user research and integrate these findings into product requirements in order to ensure that product really suits clients’ needs
  • report on product results, which mean being the 'one-stop-shop' for information on the product, target market and product competitors
  • test the product and be responsible for its quality
  • collaborate with marketing communication on a real-time basis to execute the agreed-upon marketing communication plan
  • provide precise product specifications for various marketing materials

Personality requirements and skills

  • university education (Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctorate), IT specialization or technical background is must
  • English – advanced level is must
  • 3 years in an industry driven product management, preferably IT industry
  • self-motivated individual with 3+ years of experience
  • technical background, programming and analytical skills are welcomed
  • experience with modern software design and development methodologies
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skill
  • creativity and ability to analyze and evaluate ideas and solutions
  • ability to work in an agile, collaborative development environment with demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines
