HR Recruiting Services team, as part of the HR Solutions Centre in Bratislava, has been growing since its launch in 2013. We are actively supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during the whole recruitment process in locations throughout EMEA and US region. You would be part of this closely collaborating team in order to ensure high clients satisfaction and secure pleasant recruiting experience.

HR Recruiting Coordinator in our team is responsible for creating and handling job requisitions for open positions within our company. You will work with sensitive personal data and assist hiring managers all across the globe to find the right talent by qualitative pre-screening and organization of job interviews. Together with your colleagues, you are guiding and supporting all parties involved in recruitment process and act as a first point of contact for our applicants. We will show you how to work with diverse job posting channels, job boards and LinkedIn, learn how to process interview reimbursements and handle other recruiting related expenses. You will be working on two shifts and supporting our colleagues from US. Your working time will be divided monthly between EMEA/US shifts: 50/50% and adjustable due to business needs.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

•Work experience in HR or in international environment (shared service center) is an advantage but not a requirement

•Fluency in English both written and verbal is required, other language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is advantage
