HR Recruiting Services team, as part of the global service centre in Bratislava, has been growing since its launch in 2014. The role of HR Recruiting Coordinator involves active support of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during the recruitment process. You would be acting as point of contact for interview related topics, take ownership for applicants correspondence, and assist candidates with travel cost reimbursements. Role also includes posting of job offers on social media and internet job boards. Main focus would be on working with US clients in the afternoon (14:00 - 23:00). Supporting UK, Switzerland, and other locations across the world is also part of the job responsibilities.

If successful you will have an opportunity to contribute to interesting HR initiatives and projects with global impact. Within the team you will have possibilities to explore various HR sections and participate in job rotations. You will also have chance to improve and develop your skills (soft skills, technical skills), thanks to trainings offered by Swiss Re Academy.
